Brendan McBride ’s philosophy is that the key legal issues and strategy decisions that will define a case must be recognized and planned for from the outset. His practice encompasses all aspects of complex civil litigation strategy and civil appeals. As a legal scholar, he understands the intricacies of the law and how to approach a case to give his clients’ their best chance at success.
Brendan McBride has extensive experience in litigation related to personal injury, insurance coverage, commercial disputes, products liability, construction defects, special education, matters related to electronic discovery, real property litigation and civil appeals. He regularly practices in both state and federal courts, and handles complex litigation matters and appeals in Texas and across the country.
- After graduating summa cum laude from Gonzaga University in his home town of Spokane, Washington, Brendan McBride attended the University of Washington School of Law in Seattle, and graduated with honors in 1997. He has lived and practiced in Texas since 1998. The father of an autistic son, Brendan McBride has a particular interest in matters related to special education and protecting the legal rights of children with special needs and their families.
